1. Who we are

Pomparan is a Batak family genealogy application operated by Antonio Hutabarat (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@pomparan.com.

2. What data we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you register.
• Family tree data — names, birth/death dates, marga, and relationships you enter for family members.
• Usage data — error reports collected automatically via Sentry to help us fix bugs.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Pomparan service.
• To send transactional emails (password reset, account invites) via Resend.
• To diagnose and fix errors via Sentry.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon and served via Google Cloud Run in the Asia Southeast 1 (Singapore) region.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@pomparan.com.
